Aesthe Academy was created for you, the recent aesthetics grad who is eager to start their practice but does not know where to begin. Aesthe’s founder, Klara Zaeni, has been in the medical aesthetic industry for over 20 years, yet it is not until she started teaching at one of Canada’s leading beauty institutes that she noticed the gap between what is being taught in school and what the real world asks of graduate aestheticians.
She noticed that even after graduation almost every one of her aesthetics students was asking questions about skin types and conditions, which products to choose from the overwhelming options available on the market and how to actually start their business.
As a result, Aesthe Academy was created to help new aestheticians unlock the power of continuous learning and stay at the forefront of the industry.

Meet the Team
Aesthe Academy is the result of two dedicated power houses who believe that a better world is possible through sharing of wisdom and knowledge, belonging to a supportive community of like-minded people and creating companies that truly innovate.

Founder & CEOKlara has been a medical aesthetician for over 20 years. She has worked with leading medical spas in Toronto such as Chi Spa and St. Regis Spa. to name a few. For the past 7 years, Klara has been an instructor with The International Beauty Institute [IBI], leading both in person and online courses and workshops. Her knowledge and passion for this field have elevated her to being one of the most loved and requested IBI instructor.

Andrina has been a marketing executive for nearly 20 years. She has worked with brands such as Microsoft, Google and IHC, as well as various startups and small businesses. Andrina’s unique stacked skills have allowed her to work with brands on marketing strategies both domestically and internationally, successfully re-banding and re-positioning products and services that were risking extinction.
